Refund policy
Return Policy: In cases of defective products or shipping errors, Vitalia Comfort fully covers the cost of the return or replacement.
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
For hygiene reasons, pillows and bedding products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Vitalia Confort will cover the cost of replacement or the appropriate resolution.
In the case of returns due to a change of preference, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
